LECTURE
The lecture covers topics connected with electromagnetic compatibility and reliability - electromagnetic waves interaction with basic construction materials; Materials used in construction of electronic and optoelectronic equipment; electronic and optoelectronic systems; Technologies of electronic equipment assembly: contacts and joining elements, wiring methods, SMT technology, PCB boards. New trends in manufacturing of electronic equipment employing new materials and micro- and nanotechnologies.
PROJECT
The project is arranged in such a way that each student is realizing his or her independent project at the successive laboratory stands - at the CAD stand, the execution project of the chosen electronics circuit is worked out; at the stand with milling micromachine, the necessary layout is manufactured on a selected substrate; at the stand with thick layer technology, necessary thick layers are deposited; at the stand with SMT technology, the circuit is assembled finally; and at the measurement stand, the correctness of manufactured electronic system is verified.
OTHER
Implementation of the project in laboratories, additional consultations with the supervisor.
