Course learning outcomes |
- After the course the student will be able to use a computer program that supports drawing (CAD).
- After the course the student will be able to follow the guidelines provided in the current standards to create traditional architectural-construction drawings.
- After the course the student will be able to read archival architectural-constructional drawings made in the traditional way.

1. The basic principles of creating objects in a computer program that supports drawing (CAD).
2. The basic principles of making traditional architectural-construction drawings, in accordance with current standards.
3. The principles of reading of archival architectural-construction drawings made in the traditional way.

learning outcome No 2 - make traditional technical drawings.
learning outcome No 3 - make technical drawings using a computer program (CAD).

Grading policies |
Making drawings, passing tests.
The final evaluation of a subject is a weighted average of the grades from a technical drawing using a computer program (CAD) (50%) and a traditional technical drawing (50%).

Course content |
LABORATORY:
1. In drawing with the use of a computer program:
Preparation of drawings for exercise, model space, creating and editing simple objects, precise drawing, hatching, creating descriptions, dimensioning, reading data from figure, the execution of the figure on the basis of background.
2. In the traditional method of drawing execution:
General principles of construction drawing, formats of drawing sheets, drawing lines, the way of presenting elements, simplification, graphic markings, description, dimensioning, drawing a building drawing.
